Founder:

Oscar Enciso, an US Veteran in the United States Army`s Aviation department, licensed as an Instructor for Pilots by the Federal Aviation Administration, also certified as an Professional Instructor by the International Air Transport Association, and is an Aviation Security Specialist also is Certified in security programs provided by the Transportation Security Administration, with over eight thousand hours of teaching expirience, in Safety and Security.
